The challenge asks that each day we complete an exercise and short guided meditation from Deepak. The group will help us stay accountable.
Raise awareness in multiple spaces and hosting/facilitating mindful meditations solo and in collaboration.
In 2021, after 6 months of mindfulness and meditation the group surveys showed:
• 80% said the sessions helped with workplace stress
• 40% had used the techniques at home and
• 93% said yes or maybe to continuing to practice on their own.
